It's simple. Just pick one our affordable plans such as monthly, quarterly or pay as you go. Then, choose how many bins you would like to get cleaned. Fill out your information and that's it. We will contact you when we will start your service. Most of the time is within a week.
Good question. Just like any item you buy from the store, we ask for the payment up front. Most of our clients pay three cleanings in advance because our rates are super low.
For recurring services, you may get an invoice prior to your next service. That way, we can do your service as soon as we get your payment.
No. The rates you see are for residential only. For commercial clients, we will need to come by your property and give you a quote.
For the first cleaning, we will take before and after pictures and we'll send them to your email. For recurring services, if you still want pictures, let us know ahead of time and we will be happy to send them to you.
We recommend trying a monthly service for residential homes; however, many clients do prefer quarterly service.
For commercial clients, we strongly recommend at least a monthly service specially if you are a restaurant, grocery store, school or shopping center.
Just using a hose and broom to clean your bins is not sufficient to remove or kill the bacteria and disease that breed in your bins. A few examples of bacterias amd diseases are Tuberculosis, E-Coli, Salmonella, Listeria, etc. We not only clean your bins, we disinfect, sanitize and deodorize them.
Yes. If we come to service your trash bins and they are not empty, we will have to come back at a later date. You may be charged a nominal fee of $10 if we come a second time on the same day and the bins are still full or not on the curb. We can talk over the phone or email about this kind of incidents.
No there is no minimum months as of right now.
The majority of the time, we come in behind your local trash and recycling pick-up services. If your trash or recycling is picked up later in the day, or if there has been an interruption in service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather), we ask that you leave your bins out overnight so that we can service them the next morning.
